Asia, Europe Condemn North Korea's Nuke Test

Asian and European foreign ministers have condemned North Korea's nuclear test, while Japan sends surveillance planes to test fallout from the action.  US President Barack Obama on Monday also condemned North Korea's nuclear test, calling for a global response to what he said was a "threat to international peace".
